We are preparing for our yearly Saint Bridget Pastoral Council transition and are looking for parish members who are interested in continuing their involvement with the parish community by serving on our Saint Bridget Pastoral Council starting with the June 2017 term. Members of Pastoral Council are selected by a Nomination and Selection Committee, and may self-nominate or be nominated by another member of the parish.
Our Pastoral Council serves in a supportive role to our Pastor, Monsignor Carr. We strive to promote the spiritual and temporal well-being of our parish members, to promote communication and coordination among various parish groups, and to assist in creating and furthering the goals and priorities of our vibrant parish. If you love St. Bridget and are looking for an opportunity to contribute your perspective to its continued growth, please consider serving on Pastoral Council!
If you or someone you know would be interested in being a council member or you have questions about being a council member, we would be happy to talk with you! In addition, nominees will have an opportunity to meet with Monsignor Carr to learn more about council membership and expectations.
Thank you for giving this opportunity prayerful consideration. We look forward to hearing from you. Elisabeth Beal (elisabeth.a.beal@gmail.com) & Kela Campbell (camp2130@bellsouth.net)
