Celebrating Hope and Healing through Art
Join us on Thursday, October 7 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 9505 Gayton Road, Richmond, for an art exhibit and sale celebrating Richmond’s artists: Art for the Journey, Opening Minds through Art (St. Mary’s Woods), Refugee Foster Care Programs (Commonwealth Catholic Charities) and individual artists from the community.

Altar Server Training Registration is Here
The Call
Children who are fifth graders (and older) are invited to join the Saint Bridget Altar Server Ministry to serve the Lord and our parish in a most beautiful, rewarding ministry. This ministry can be foundational to a child's faith formation. Parents are encouraged to consider and discuss with their children this call to serve. Even if they are nervous about altar serving, the training experience will teach them more about the Mass and introduce them to the concept of ministry.

Through Penance we receive God’s forgiveness. In Penance, we bring contrite hearts to the Lord and receive Jesus’ healing grace through absolution by the priest. The signs of this sacrament are our confession of sins and the words of absolution.
