Announcement of First RCIA Session of the 2018/2019 Program Year The introductory session for the 2018/2019 RCIA Program at Saint Bridget Parish will occur on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, from 6:00-7:45 p.m. in the Murphy Conference Room. All interested persons should attend. There will be a single session this year running from the indicated September start date through Pentecost, better to foster fellowship, camaraderie, and mutual support within the group, and effective assimilation into the Saint Bridget community. In 2017, over 120 children and over 50 volunteers had a great time participating in Vacation Bible School. After a year’s hiatus, we are eager once again to host VBS in the summer of 2019. For such an endeavor to be possible the parish needs a team of ten committed persons to serve on a planning committee and to help execute the plan. The commitment will require regular meetings, on at least a monthly basis, throughout the year from September through the end of June, and then the presence of committee members on site (perhaps in shifts) for the summer week during which Vacation Bible School i...

Liturgy is the most essential work we do at Saint Bridget, as the Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith.  We are blessed to have so many liturgies at St. Bridget every weekend.  Yet these cannot take place without the help of lay ministers to greet the Assembly, proclaim the Word, and serve the Eucharist.   By virtue of our Baptism, each of us is called to serve.
