The oldest parishioner (that we have on record) has passed away. Domenick D'Adamo has been a long-time parishioner at Saint Bridget and a man of strong faith. He celebrated his 101st birthday with Mass at Saint Bridget in October of 2021 and is shown here on that day with Fr. Ken and his close friend, Fr. Tochi. The story of Domenick's role in World War II is highlighted in this "Heroes Among Us" segment that aired on WTVR CBS 6 in November of 2020. In that segment, Domenick's faith shines through "I wouldn't call it luck, I would say I was blessed... I've been blessed all my life, really." 

Mr. D'Adamo's funeral will be Thursday, February 3rd at 10 a.m. Monsignor Carr will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Shuping and Fr. Tochi concelebrating. Live-Stream Link.
