My dear friends in Christ,

I keep you all in my prayers each and every day. Thank you for your virtual presence. I was overwhelmed by the positive response from our ever-faithful parishioners at our livestreaming of Mass, and your generous support for Saint Francis Home when you came by to receive blessed palms.  We delivered a full trailer and truck full of food on Monday.  Thank you to all the volunteers who assisted on Sunday.  

Our traditions may be altered for the time being, but not our spirit. Even in the current situation, we will find it in our hearts to celebrate the mystery of Christ’s death and Resurrection and we will find the strength to allow goodness to triumph in our lives!

I look forward to celebrating this Holy Week with you and I invite you join us as we livestream the special liturgies of Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and The Easter Vigil.  You will find our Holy Week schedule in our emails and on our website. Easter Sunday Mass will be livestreamed at 9 a.m.

Thank you to all our parish families for your gifts that allow our ministries to continue God’s work here at Saint Bridget Church.

As we enter Holy Week let us continue to pray for those who  are working feverishly to combat this pandemic; for those that are  putting their own lives at risk to help the sick and dying, and to pray for each other, for together we make a stand for Christ and his Church, in our time, and in this portion of God’s kingdom.  

May the blessings of Holy Week bring the joy of resurrected life for you and your loved ones this Easter.
