December 8th: Adult Advent Retreat
This year's Adult Advent Retreat titled, Proclaiming Christ: Making Room for the Savior, will be a morning spent in prayerful reflection with our returning retreat leader, Debbie Stollery. The idea of making room for the Savior calls us to prepare ourselves to receive Christ this Christmas, therefore increasing an awareness of His presence in our lives throughout the year. It also hearkens to the challenge of John 3:30 “He must increase, I must decrease."
Beginning immediately after the 9 a.m. Holy Day Mass of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, the retreat will run from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall on Saturday, December 8th, 2018. Sign up at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Vicki Gazolla at (804)-282-9511.
December 15th: Sacred Music for Advent
The Choirs of Saint Bridget join for a Joyful Concert of Sacred Music for the Advent Season.
Beginning at 4:30 p.m. this will act as an extended prelude to 5:30 p.m. Mass.
