Reminders

-On all Fridays in Lent, concluding with Good Friday, we all abstain from meat and fast, as our health allows. All Catholics 14 & older are required to participate in the abstinence from meat. You are welcome to enter into an optional fast on Wednesdays as well. The USCCB describes fasting as two small meals and one full meal.

-The Stations of the Cross will be prayerfully observed every Friday at 5:30 p.m. in the Church. Stations will be held: 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4, 4/11 (outside), and 4/18.

-Soup Suppers will follow stations every Friday except for 3/14, when we have the Fish Fry, and Good Friday, 4/18.

-In conjunction with Saint Bridget School, our parish will offer a Day of Service, an act of almsgiving, which is important to this season. Join us on March 8th, the first Saturday of Lent! Please keep an eye on our regular service opportunities as other ways to give alms this Lent.
