Occasionally, individuals or families come to Saint Bridget to ask parishioners for money after Mass. While you are welcome to assist the needy at your own discretion, please know that Saint Bridget has an office of Social Ministry dedicated to offering real, meaningful assistance to those in need. Our parish has a process for connecting those people with our Social Concerns coordinator, assessing their need, and providing assistance and resources as appropriate.
Your contributions to our second collection for the poor and needy on the first weekend of each month go to assisting those who come here looking for help. Do pray for those seeking help and encourage them to contact our parish office for assistance.
To donate to our Human Concerns/Social Ministry, visit saintbridgetchurch.org/give and choose "Outreach - Social Ministry/Human Concerns." If you'd like to learn more or get involved helping those in need, contact the parish office and ask for Social Concerns minister, Jeannie Grumblatt.
