Fr. Robert Barron will present a lecture entitled, "Evangelizing with the Heart of a Shepherd” on Friday August 14th at 7:30pm. About the Speaker
Father Robert Barron is the founder of Word on Fire Catholic Ministries and currently the Rector of Mundelein Seminary in Chicago. He created and is the host of Catholicism, a groundbreaking, award winning documentary about the Catholic Faith. This ten part DVD series has been viewed in parishes, schools and on television.  

Father Barron received a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from Catholic University of America and a doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Institut Catholique de Paris. He has taught at Pontifical North American College in Rome, Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome, University of Notre Dame and currently is teaching at University of St. Mary of the Lake in Illinois.

Besides numerous books, essays and articles to his credit, Father Barron also is prolific in his use of YouTube, DVD and other media in order to reach as many seekers as possible. He also has appeared on NBC, PBS, FOX News, CNN, and EWTN. His website, Word On Fire, has reached nearly 4 million people. Father Barron may also be enjoyed at many conferences as the keynote speaker.
