Announcing Armstrong Academy  A new human concerns initiative supported by the Living Our Mission Diocesan campaign.  Two thirds of the freshmen coming into Armstrong High School in the East end of Richmond are two to three grade levels below where they should be. The academy is seeking to get everyone up to grade level by the time they are sophomores.
