Please help us to welcome and support parents in our parish preparing for their children's baptisms! We are in need of active parishioners who will help us walk with these parents from their initial classes through their child's baptism day and beyond. The oldest parishioner (that we have on record) has passed away. Domenick D'Adamo has been a long-time parishioner at Saint Bridget and a man of strong faith. He celebrated his 101st birthday with Mass at Saint Bridget in October of 2021 and is shown here on that day with Fr. Ken and his close friend, Fr. Tochi. They provide shelter, resources, and loving care to our homeless veteran neighbors. Saturday, March 5 is the Men’s Ministry Pilgrimage to the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in DC.  The Shrine is once again open to the public, so we are going to try to restart our traditional pilgrimage. If you haven’t been to the Shrine, it is beautiful and one of the largest Catholic churches in the world.  We plan to include a guided tour, Confessions available, Mass, private prayer/bookstore, and Stations of the Cross. The trip may also include lunch at The Dubliner or the Irish Times near Union Station. Food Drive for Commonwealth Catholic Charities – Please Help Feed the Needy in Our Community!  -  Fellow parishioners, thank you for your generous donations to the parish food drives being sponsored by the St. Bridget Knights of Columbus.  Our next parish food drive will take place on Saturday, January 29th from 8:45 am to 11:00 in front of the church.  Food items and gift cards will be collected for Commonwealth Catholic Charities’ Food Pantry.  We are also collecting school supplies for children at J.H. Blood Drive February 13

Life is Sacred! Donating blood is one way to respond to our pro-life mission.  The Knights of Columbus, with the Red Cross and Saint Bridget School, are making Blood Drives possible right after Mass! With the use of Mother Presentation Hall (school gymnasium), we are able to collect more donations than ever before.
