Children's Faith Formation

Saint Bridget Parish is committed to sharing the Gospel message with all people in a faith-filled and age-appropriate way. Our ministry has its foundation in our Sunday Liturgy and supports the role of the family in fostering their children’s faith. If you have any questions about our programs, email our Children's Faith Formation Coordinator, Mona Bausone, at MBausone@saintbridgetchurch.org.

Summer Events!

Flat Saint Joseph!

We are all looking forward to traveling this summer, so why not take Saint Joseph along?  Every time you see a statue or picture of Saint Joseph, say a prayer and take a picture with your Flat Saint Joseph. Email us and let us know where you’ve spotted our superhero, Saint Joseph.  If you haven’t checked out Flat Stanley books, which inspired this summer adventure, it might be a fun read.

Check out the link for a Saint Joseph Flat picture to color and a prayer to take along. Email your pictures with the subject line: Flat Joseph to mbausone@sainbridgetchurch.org.   If you would like to keep your pictures private, please let me know in your email.

Time: 5:30 to 7:30, Rosary starts at 6 in shifts, but please bring a picnic dinner if you’d like to fellowship before or after.

Signup:Rosary Family so we have a count of how many families are attending.  Please put 1 as the quantity since this is per family.

Where:  Meet on the steps in front of the church.

Outdoor Movie nights

We’d like to have a few outdoor movie nights. If you can volunteer, July 9 and/or August 6, we can make this happen.

Faith Formation 2021 - 2022

This year has been amazing!  Despite our challenges and concerns, we've come together to share in the joy of liturgical living.  Thank you for your prayers as we anticipate what's next and rebuild our program within the community.. Sign up for fall Faith Formation should start in August, but if you have questions, please email Mona Bausone at mbausone@saintbridgetchurch.org.

Sacrament Preparation 2021 - 2022

Please continue praying for our children as they learn and grow with our sacarments. One of the greatest gifts we can give our children is their faith in God the Father and our sacraments are a beautiful reminder of the grace He continually gives us.

First Eucharist is a preparation process, usually in the second grade. Children should be enrolled in Faith Formation and Sacrament Preparation, both of which traditionally begin in the fall here at Saint Bridget.  If you have questions, please contact Mona Bausone at mbausone@saintbridgetchurch.org.

“Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs” (Mt 19:14).
