Parishioners can select cards after Masses throughout November!

What is Christmas Sharing?

Similar to an Angel Tree - Saint Bridget parishioners help over 400 individuals in need have a brighter Christmas with gifts, food, toiletries and other household items. After Mass visit the Confirmation Teens in the Murphy Conference Room or the Parish Center Meeting room to see the available cards. Select a card, purchase items on the card and drop off what you purchased to Saint Bridget by December 10th.

Who Do We Serve?

The recipient individuals and families are identified by Social Agencies and Community Organizers across Virginia.

While many recipients are from rural locations in/around the Blue Ridge Mountains, some recipients are based in low income areas around Richmond.

We also have a partnership with Blackwell School in Richmond to provide students with necessities throughout the winter and beyond.

By The Numbers

In 2015 we had 320 parishioners adopt 637 food and gift request cards!

Those cards included coats, hats, gloves, clothing and Toy requests for over 200 students at Blackwell School and Highland View Elementary. Additionally, those cards included home supplies, basic necessities, Christmas gifts, toiletries and food supplies for 362 individuals in 92 families.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!
