Amidst ongoing developments regarding sexual abuse in Pennsylvania and in the Church, this is a time for openness and transparency. Importantly, this is also a time for our parishioners' voices to be heard. This page will be updated with pertinent resources, questions and answers, and event information.

  • Speaking at Mass
    • Monsignor Carr spoke on this topic during Masses August 25/26 and September 1/2
  • Individual Meetings
    • Monsignor Carr welcomes individual meetings at the parish.  Call (804)282-9511 to arrange a meeting. 
  • Community Conversation/Listening Session
    • Four sessions were held on September 5th and 6th for parishioners to voice thoughts and ask questions. 
  • Holy Hours of Reparation
    • Every Saturday in September, October and November After Daily Mass
    • Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, prayers of lamentation, quiet meditation, and Benediction.
  • A Mass To Pray For The Healing Of All Victims Of Abuse
    • At Saint Bridget on September 22 at 9am 
    • Followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, a Holy Hour and Benediction.
  • Diocesan Mass of Atonement
    • Friday, September 14 at 7 p.m., at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, Richmond.
