Today, Attorney General Mark Herring publicly announced his office’s investigation into allegations of child sexual abuse by clergy in Virginia.  The Diocese of Arlington and the Diocese of Richmond assure the faithful and the public that we are cooperating with the Attorney General’s office. When is this event?  All day, Saturday, October 6, 2018 What is the Virginia Catholic Youth Day? Known as an ongoing tradition in the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, the Catholic youth of our Diocese gather at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg to join in community and fellowship. The day includes admission to the park all day long, Sunday Vigil Mass, and dinner as a Diocese. What is a Diocesan Middle School Day Camp? The Office for Evangelization offers a week-long day camp experience for middle school youth. The goal of the camp is to bring together middle school youth from area parishes to build community, grow in the knowledge of the faith, and encounter Christ through prayer and sacrament.
