Described as “indomitable and immensely gifted” (Choir & Organ) and as “an artist of rare sensitivity and passion” (The Macon Telegraph), Robert McCormick is widely heralded by his colleagues and deeply admired for his creative and ethereal abilities in organ improvisation and commanding, eloquent performances of repertoire of all styles. He is the Organist and Choirmaster of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
On Friday, October 2, 2020 at 7:30 p.m., Robert McCormick will be performing a variety of pieces for the organ as the first performance of the 2020-2021 Saint Bridget Friends of Music Concert Season. The opening of ticket sales will be announced in the coming weeks, and for those unable to purchase a ticket or attend, the performance will also be live-streamed specially for our audience.
